Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2005.

Section 2 Commencement

The following provisions of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 shall come into force on 18th October 2005—

(a) sections 32 to 34 (the victims' code);

(b) section 47 and Schedule 7 (investigations by Parliamentary Commissioner); and

(c) section 54(1), (2)(a) and (b), (3)(a) and (b) and (4) to (8) (disclosure of information).
