Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Education (Listed Bodies) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 10th November 2005.

Section 2 Amendment of the Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2004

The Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2004 is amended as follows.

Section 3 Amendment of the Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2004

In Section 1 of Part 1 of the Schedule—

(a) omit—

(i) “Central School of Speech and Drama”;

(ii) “Edge Hill College of Higher Education”;

(iii) “Kent Institute of Art and Design”;

(iv) “Laban Centre, London”;

(v) “Southampton Institute”;

(vi) “Surrey Institute of Art and Design University College, The”;

(vii) “York St John College”;

(b) for “Trinity College of Music”, substitute “Trinity Laban”.

Section 4 Amendment of the Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2004

In Part 2 of the Schedule, omit—

(a) “University of Wales, Cardiff”; and

(b) “University of Wales, College of Medicine”.
