Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Education (Recognised Bodies) (England) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 11th November 2005.

Section 2 Amendment of the Education (Recognised Bodies) (England) Order 2003

The Education (Recognised Bodies) (England) Order 2003 is amended as follows.
