Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (Commencement No. 2) (Northern Ireland) Order 2005.

Section 2Provisions coming into force on 7th November 2005

(1) The provisions of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 specified in paragraph (2) shall come into force on 7th November 2005.

(2) Schedule 15, paragraphs 10(2), 14(2), (3) and (4), 22(c), 23 and 24(2) and (3) for the purpose of the powers in these provisions to prescribe matters by regulations.
