Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Water Supply Licence (Prescribed Water Fittings Requirements) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st December 2005.

Section 2Prescribed requirements
The prescribed requirements for the purposes of section 66A of the Water Industry Act 1991 are the requirements in regulations 3, 4 and 5(1)(c) of the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 , in so far as they apply by virtue of regulation 2 of those Regulations.
