Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as The Haringey London Borough Council (Temporary Governing Body) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 9th December 2005.

Section 2Exemption

Regulation 19 of and paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the New Schools (General) (England) Regulations 2003 shall not, in respect of the constitution of the temporary governing body of the Haringey Sixth Form Centre, apply to the authority.

Section 3Time period

This Order shall have effect until 8 th December2008.
