Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005.

Section 2 Commencement

The following provisions of the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004 shall come into force on 11 November 2005:

(1) Section 6;

(2) Schedule 2.

Section 3 Commencement

Schedule 3 to the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004, in so far as it is not already in force, shall come into force on 1 January 2006.
