Section 1Citation, commencement, interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Reserve Forces (Provision of Information by Persons Liable to be Recalled) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 5 th December 2005.

(2) In these Regulations “the 1997 Regulations” means the Reserve Forces (Provision of Information by Persons Liable to be Recalled) Regulations 1997 .

Section 2Amendment of the 1997 Regulations

In regulation 4(2)(b)of the 1997 Regulations for the words “his marital status” there shall be substituted “his marital or civil partnership status”.
