Section 1Citation commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Ulster Defence Regiment (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 5th December 2005.

(2) In this Order the expression “the principal Order ” means the Order by Her Majesty dated 4th January 1971.

Section 2Amendment of article 3 of the principal Order

In article 3 of the principle Order, after “widower,” insert “surviving civil partner,”.
