Section 1Citation, commencement and application

This Order—
(a) may be cited as the Litter (Fixed Penalty Notices) Order 1991 and the Dog Fouling (Fixed Penalties) Order 1996 (Revocation) (England) Order 2005;
(b) comes into force on 16th December 2005;
(c) applies in England only.

Section 2Revocations

The following are hereby revoked—
(a) the Litter (Fixed Penalty Notices) Order 1991 , and
(b) the Dog Fouling (Fixed Penalties) Order 1996 .
