Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 6th December 2005.

Section 2

For the Schedule to the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) Order 2000 there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.

Section 3

The Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2003 and the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2004 are revoked.
