Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Special Commissioners (Jurisdiction and Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on the 14th March 2005.

(2) Any reference to a regulation by number alone means the regulation so numbered in the Special Commissioners (Jurisdiction and Procedure) Regulations 1994 .

Section 2 Amendment to the Special Commissioners (Jurisdiction and Procedure) Regulations 1994

In regulation 2 in the definition of “proceedings” after paragraph (n) insert—

(o) any appeal to the Special Commissioners under regulations made under section 13 of the Child Trust Funds Act 2004 or any appeal to the Special Commissioners under section 22 of that Act;
