Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 10th January 2006.

(2) In this Order “ the Order ” means the Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2004 .

Section 2Amendments to the Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2004

In article 4(2)(b)(i) of the Order, for the words from “married couple” to “includes the party” substitute “couple (as defined in section 3(5A) of the Tax Credits Act 2002 ) which includes the party”.

Section 3Amendments to the Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2004

For Schedule 1 to the Order substitute the Schedule to this Order.
