Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Information as to Provision of Education) (England)(Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st April 2005.

Section 2 Amendment of Education (Information as to Provision of Education) (England) Regulations 1999

The Education (Information as to Provision of Education) (England) Regulations 1999 shall be further amended as follows.

Section 3 Amendment of Education (Information as to Provision of Education) (England) Regulations 1999

In Regulation 2 the definitions of “capacity”, “relevant areas of the school premises”, “teaching accommodation” and “washroom facilities” shall be omitted.

Section 4 Amendment of Education (Information as to Provision of Education) (England) Regulations 1999

Regulation 3(2) shall be omitted.

Section 5 Amendment of Education (Information as to Provision of Education) (England) Regulations 1999

In paragraph 6 of Schedule 1 for sub-paragraph (c) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph

(c) any proposals in respect of schools in the area published pursuant to any enactment, which have been approved (where approval is required) or, as the case may be, determined to be implemented, but not implemented;

Section 6 Amendment of Education (Information as to Provision of Education) (England) Regulations 1999

Part Π of Schedule 1 shall be omitted.
