Section 1Citation, interpretation and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Children Act 2004 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2005.
(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Children Act 2004.
(3) This Order applies to England.

Section 2Provision coming into force

Section 12 of the Act shall come into force on 1st January 2006.
