This Order may be cited as the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Croydon Tramlink Class CR4000 Vehicles) Exemption (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 31st March 2005.

The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Croydon Tramlink Class CR4000 Vehicles) Exemption (Amendment) Order 2005
(1) The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Croydon Tramlink Class CR4000 Vehicles) Exemption Order 2001 is amended as follows.
(2) After article 7 there shall be inserted—
(7A) The exemption given in respect of regulation 16(1)(c) shall cease with immediate effect if the operator of the exempted vehicles does not, by the end of 31st October 2005, notify the Secretary of State in writing that at least 12 of the exempted vehicles are compliant with the requirements of that regulation.
(3) In article 9, for the words “31st March 2005”, there shall be substituted “31st December 2005”.
