Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Ombudsman (Jurisdiction) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st April 2005.

Section 2Amendment to the Legal Services Ombudsman (Jurisdiction) Order 1990

In Part I of the Schedule to the Legal Services Ombudsman (Jurisdiction) Order 1990 , after “The Chartered Institute of Patent Agents” there shall be inserted “The Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys”.
