Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Asylum Support (Interim Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 3rd April 2005.

Section 2Extension of the interim period in the Asylum Support (Interim Provisions) Regulations 1999

In regulation 2(5) of the Asylum Support (Interim Provisions) Regulations 1999 for the words “4th April 2005” there is substituted “3rd April 2006”.
