Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration Employment Document (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st April 2005.

Section 2

Regulation 4D of the Immigration Employment Document (Fees) Regulations 2003 is amended by substituting “£315” for “£150”.
