Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 13th April 2005.

Section 2Increase of earnings limits in respect of dependent children

In paragraph 4(4) of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992—
(a) in paragraph (a), for the amount of £165 there shall be substituted the amount of £170, and
(b) in paragraph (b), for the amount of £21 there shall be substituted the amount of £22 and for the amount of £165 there shall be substituted the amount of £170.
