Section 1Citation, commencement and duration
This Order may be cited as the Collection of Fines (Pilot Schemes) (Amendment No 2) Order 2005 and shall come into force on the 2nd April 2005 and cease to have effect on the 31st March 2006.

Section 2Amendment to the Collection of Fines (Pilot Schemes) Order 2004
In paragraph (m) of article 3 of the Collection of Fines (Pilot Schemes) Order 2004 , in the text substituted by that article for sub-paragraphs (1) to (5) of paragraph 37 of Schedule 5 to the Courts Act 2003, after “under paragraph 26” insert “or any order made under paragraph 26 has failed”.
