These Regulations may be cited as the Travel Documents (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st April 2005.

The Travel Documents (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2005
For regulation 3(1) and (2) of the Travel Documents (Fees) Regulations 1999 there shall be substituted:
(1) In connection with an application to the Secretary of State for a Convention travel document or a document of identity, the fee which is to be paid is:
(a) in a case where the person in respect of whom the application is made has not, at the date of the application, attained the age of sixteen years, £25;
(b) in any other case, £42.
(2) In connection with an application to the Secretary of State for any other Home Office travel document, other than an application falling with paragraph (3), the fee which is to be paid is:
(a) in a case where the person in respect of whom the application is made has not, at the date of the application, attained the age of sixteen years, £115;
(b) in any other case, £195.
The Travel Documents (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 are hereby revoked.
