Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 7th February 2005.

Section 2Amendment of Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005

In regulation 6 (notice of hearing) of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 there shall be added after paragraph (3) the following paragraph—

(4) In any other case, the authority shall give the notice of hearing no later than ten working days before the day of the first day on which the hearing is to be held.
