Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Electoral Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1962 (Amendment No. 2) Order 2005 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

The Electoral Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1962 (Amendment No. 2) Order 2005
Section 2
Rule 29(1) (admission to polling station) of Schedule 5 (local elections rules) to the Electoral Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1962 is amended, so that after “disabilities” at sub-paragraph (f) there is inserted:

(g) Electoral Commissioners, members of staff of the Electoral Commission and persons appointed by the Electoral Commission for the purpose of attending at polling stations on behalf of the Commission
