Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Electoral Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1962 (Amendment No. 3) Order 2005 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2
Subsection 42(1) of the Electoral Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1962 is amended by the substitution of “£600” for “£242” and “5p” for “4.8p”.
