Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Recreation Grounds (Revocation of Parish Council Byelaws) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 12th April 2005.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.

Section 2Revocation

The byelaws mentioned in the left-hand column of the Schedule to this Order, made with respect to the recreation grounds and other areas named or described in the right-hand column of that Schedule, are hereby revoked.
