Section 1Citation and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Carers (Equal Opportunities) Act 2004 (Commencement) (England) Order 2005.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.

The 1st April 2005 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the Carers (Equal Opportunities) Act 2004.
