Section 1Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the General Medical Council (Legal Assessors) (Amendment) Rules 2005 and shall come into force on 18th April 2005.

Section 2Meaning of Panel

In the definition of Panel in rule 1(2) of the General Medical Council (Legal Assessors) Rules 2004 (citation, commencement and interpretation) after “Interim Orders Panel” insert “, Registration Appeals Panel”.
