This Order may be cited as the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (Procedural Rules) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 15th April 2005.

The Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (Procedural Rules) Order 2005
The revised procedural rules laid in draft before Parliament on 24th March 2005, which regulate and prescribe the practice and procedure to be followed by the Commission in exercising the functions mentioned in section 2(2) of the 1998 Act and by other persons or bodies in their dealings with the Commission in connection with the exercise of those functions, in respect of any public procession or protest meeting held, or proposed to be held, on or after 14th May 2005, shall come into operation on 15th April 2005.
The Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (Procedural Rules) Order 1999 (which brought into operation the draft procedural rules laid before Parliament on 30th June 1999), is hereby revoked with effect from 14th May 2005.
