Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Order (Prescribed Forms) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and shall come into force on 15th April 2005.

Section 2Notice of public processions and related protest meetings

The form in the Schedule to these Regulations is hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 6(3)(a) of the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (advance notice of pubic processions) in respect of any public procession held, or proposed to be held, on or after 14th May 2005.

Section 3Revocation

Regulation 2(1) of the Public Order (Prescribed Forms) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 is hereby revoked with effect from 14th May 2005.
