Section 1Citation and Commencement
This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 8) (Designation of the Consumers' Association) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 22nd April 2005.

The Consumers' Association (registered charity number 296072) is hereby designated under section 213(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002 as a designated enforcer in respect of all infringements.
