Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No.2, Transitional Provisions and Savings) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 2006 and comes into force on 1st April 2006.

Section 2 Amendment of Commencement No.2 Order

In article 6(1) of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No.2, Transitional Provisions and Savings) (England and Wales) Order 2005 —

(a) after “section 32” insert “(7) and (8)”; and

(b) omit “, and Part 2 of Schedule 2 to,”.
