Section 1Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks and Designs (Address For Service) (Amendment) Rules 2006 and shall come into force immediately after the Patents, Trade Marks and Designs (Address For Service and Time Limits, etc ) Rules 2006 on 6th April 2006.

Section 2Citation and commencement

In rule 8(5) of the Registered Designs Rules 1995 , for “comptroller” substitute “registrar”.

In rule 10(5) of the Trade Marks Rules 2000 , for “comptroller” substitute “registrar”.
