Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (Suspension of Custody Officer Certificate) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 2nd May 2006.

In regulation (2)(a)(i) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (Suspension of Custody Officer Certificate) Regulations 1998 after “an allegation” insert the words “of misconduct”.
