Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force as respects all regulations except for regulation 2(3) on 10th April 2006 and as respects regulation 2(3) on 1st October 2006.

Section 2Amendment of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006

(1) Paragraph 4 of Schedule 6 to the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006 shall be amended as follows.
(2) After sub-paragraph (2) add—
(a) at the end, add “Parts 2 and 3 of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006.”;
(3) After sub-paragraph (2)(a) add—
(b) omit “Railways (Safety Case) Regulations 2000.”.
