Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as The Nobel School (Change to School Session Times) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 12 th May 2006.

Section 2Exemption from the School Session Regulations

The Changing of School Session Times (England) Regulations 1999 shall not apply to the governing body of the Nobel School of Mobbsbury Way, Stevenage, Hertfordshire SG2 0HS.

Section 3Time period

This Order shall have effect until 31 st December 2006.
