Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as The Monkseaton Community High School (Governing Body Procedures) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 12 th May 2006.

Section 2Relaxation and modification

Regulation 12(2) of the School Governance (Procedures) (England) Regulations 2003 shall, in respect of the meetings of the governing body of the Monkseaton Community High School, apply to the governing body as if the words “present and” were omitted.

Section 3Time period

This Order shall have effect until 11 th May 2009.
