Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Trade Marks (International Registration) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 12th April 2006.

Section 2Citation and commencement

In article 10A(1A) and article 13(1B) of the Trade Marks (International Registration) Order 1996 , for “comptroller” substitute “registrar”.
