Section 1 Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 21st April 2006.

Section 2 Amendment of Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002

The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002 shall be amended by substituting for the definition of “Technical Instructions” in Regulation 3(1)—

“Technical Instructions” means the 2005–2006 English language edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, as amended by the Addendum to those Instructions dated 18 th March 2005, by Addendum No. 2 dated 30 th June 2005 and by the Addendum and Corrigendum dated 18 th August 2005, which were approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation;
