Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (Relationships Arising Through Civil Partnership) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 11th May 2006.

Section 246 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (interpretation of statutory references to stepchildren etc.) applies to the entry in column (A) of paragraph 7 of Part 3 of Schedule 1 (employment by father, etc ) to the Social Security (Categorisation of Earners) Regulations 1978 .
