Section 1 Citation and extent

This Order may be cited as the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2006 and extends to England and Wales.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 31st May 2006

The following provisions of the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 come into force on 31st May 2006—

section 47;

section 52 and Schedule 5;

section 53 and Schedule 6;

sections 56 and 57;

sections 78 and 79;

section 80 and Schedule 7;

sections 81 to 86.
