Section 1Title, commencement and application
(1) This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Amendment) (England) Order 2006 and comes into force on 16th June 2006.
(2) This Order applies in England only.

Section 2Amendments to the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978
(1) The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2) of article 6 (which specifies the date until which disinfectants subject to transitional provisions remain approved), for “31st October 2005” substitute “15th September 2006”.
(3) For the table in Schedule 1 (which lists approved disinfectants), substitute the table in Schedule 1 to this Order.
(4) For the table in Schedule 2 (which lists disinfectants subject to transitional provisions), substitute the table in Schedule 2 to this Order.
Section 3Revocation
(1) The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Amendment) (England) Order 2005 is revoked.
