Section 1 Title, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Tuberculosis (England) (Amendment) Order 2006 and comes into force on 19th February 2006.

(2) This Order applies in England only.

Section 2 Amendment of the Tuberculosis (England) Order 2005

The Tuberculosis (England) Order 2005 is amended as follows—

(a) in article 23 (transitional provisions), for “article 8” substitute “article 9”;

(b) in paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 (movements to exempt markets), for “exempt finishing unit” substitute “exempt or approved finishing unit”.
