Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Strategic Health Authorities (Establishment and Abolition) (England) Amendment Order 2006 and shall come into force on 30th June 2006.

(2) In this Order, “the principal Order ” means the Strategic Health Authorities (Establishment and Abolition) (England) Order 2006 .

Section 2Amendment of principal Order

In column (2) of Schedule 1 to the principal Order, for the words “North West Somerset” there shall be substituted the words “North Somerset”.
