Section 2Citation and interpretation
In this Order, “ the Act ” means the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
Section 3Commencement
The provisions of the Act specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 16th June 2006.
Section 4Commencement
Section 45 (integration loans) shall come into force on 30th June 2006.
