This Order may be cited as the Electricity and Gas Appeals (Modification of Time Limits) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 27th July 2006.

Section 2Time limit for payment of costs
In paragraph 13(6) of Schedule 22 to the Energy Act 2004 (period within which a person who is required by an order under that paragraph to pay another’s costs must do so), for “five” substitute “twenty-eight”.
