The Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2006
Paragraph 122(5) of Schedule 5 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 shall come into force on 15th June 2006, except in so far as it makes the office of General Commissioner for a division in Northern Ireland a listed judicial office for the purposes of sections 5 and 9B of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002 ;
The following provisions of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 shall come into force on 25th September 2006—
(a) section 124 (Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Ombudsman);
(b) section 125 (complaints: interpretation), except in so far as it inserts a new section 9B(3)(b) into the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002;
(c) section 126 to 131 (complaints and references); and
(d) Schedule 15 (Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Ombudsman).
