Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 6th July 2006.

Section 2 Amendments to Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991

The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991 , is amended in accordance with the following articles of this Order.

In Schedule 1 (family hearing centres) after the entry for Bromley County Court, insert—
