Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Student Support) (European Institutions) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and come into force on 11th August 2006.

Section 2 Amendment of the Education (Student Support) (European Institutions) Regulations 2006

The Education (Student Support) (European Institutions) Regulations 2006 are amended in accordance with these Regulations.

Section 3 Amendment of the Education (Student Support) (European Institutions) Regulations 2006

In regulation 3—

(a) omit the definition of “College”; and

(b) for the definition of “current course”, substitute—

“current course” means the designated course in respect of which a person is applying for support;

In regulation 8(4), for “paragraph (2)” substitute “paragraph (3)”.
