These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Student Support) (European Institutions) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and come into force on 11th August 2006.

The Education (Student Support) (European Institutions) (Amendment) Regulations 2006
The Education (Student Support) (European Institutions) Regulations 2006 are amended in accordance with these Regulations.
In regulation 3—
(a) omit the definition of “College”; and
(b) for the definition of “current course”, substitute—
“current course” means the designated course in respect of which a person is applying for support;
In regulation 8(4), for “paragraph (2)” substitute “paragraph (3)”.
In regulation 21(3), for “22,700 euro” substitute “24,100 euro”.
In regulation 25(4)(b), for “12,840 euro” substitute “13,000 euro”.
In paragraph 1(6)(a) of Part 1 of Schedule 1, for “Swiss frontier employed person” substitute “Swiss frontier self-employed person”.
