Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Value Added Tax (Refund of Tax) Order 2006 and comes into force on 1st August 2006.

The Value Added Tax (Refund of Tax) Order 2006
Section 2
The following bodies are specified for the purposes of section 33 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994—
(a) the London Pensions Fund Authority established by article 2(1) of the London Government Reorganisation (Pensions etc ) Order 1989 ; and
(b) a Transport Partnership created by an order made under section 1(1) of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2005 .
